To place an order, add products to your cart and complete checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment details are encrypted and never accessible to GlowVault.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days depending on destination. Free shipping on orders over $75. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders below that threshold.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@glowvault.store.

GlowVault also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on results. If you are not satisfied after using the product as directed for 30 days, contact us and we will find a solution.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.

8. Product Warranty

All products sold by GlowVault are covered against manufacturing defects. Products are intended for cosmetic use only, not medical use. In case of an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlowVault is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products. Results may vary depending on individual skin type and consistency of use.
